I have neglected this blog for too long! Here we are in the seventh season, about to have a baby, and relatively no posts to show for it! Going forward this blog will have exclusive publishing rights to all of Audrey's social media. All monies generated will go to any future funds that she may need. The State of the Nursery

We have been steadily getting the nursery ready for little Audrey's arrival. Most recent arrivals include a changing table and new closet. The changing table will go through a few changes itself before it is ready. The closet is about done, it still needs a few shelves, and we haven't fully decided on whether accordion doors are needed or not.

A Letter From Uncle John

I dug the old typewriter out of the attic and brought it to school for our story "Click Clack Moo". I unzipped the case just as the kids came to the carpet to sit and I was greeted with this interesting surprise. It took a moment to process and the kids were a bit confused.

Nebraska can go to H377!

Day 3: Nebraska was flat. Nebraska had nowhere to camp. Nebraska had sooo many activities that all hotels were booked. Nebraska had storms. We found Ken's hotel in Nebraska. It was only 10 miles off the beaten path. Nebraska was not cool with me eating a salad. Nebraska had cattle trucks. Said cattle truck rained down a hellish brown mist. Never draft a cattle truck!
